Sports has had a profound impact on Megan's journey, and she has founded Megan Perry Consulting as a platform dedicated to inspiring, educating, and empowering others to to establish a greater voice, visibility, and presence in their professional environment.
Through career coaching, speaking engagements, and communications consulting, Megan elevates, connects and empowers women to navigate the professional landscape.
As a career coach Megan understands that the path toward success is not linear, and is committed to sharing with others how to navigate professional challenges, hurdles, and transitions by sharing some of the very elements that helped her find success on the court and in the boardroom.
Upon graduating from Cornell University with a BA in Marketing Strategy & Management, Megan hung up her basketball sneakers, but was not quite ready to put the basketball down, and made the transition from the court to the boardroom. In 2008, Megan began her career as a sports executive working at the pinnacle of professional athletics at the National Basketball Association (NBA).
During her tenure, Megan was part of the Team Marketing & Business Operations team where she worked closely with NBA, WNBA, and G League Team Presidents and other elite leadership positions to develop strategy, and drive team businesses. After three years she then transitioned join the WNBA Basketball Operations & Player Relations team working directly with the WNBA President's Office, Coaches, & Players. In her position Megan was able to gain incredible insight on how to navigate the corporate landscape, gathered an understanding of how and why personnel decisions are made at an elite level, and learned how to find success as a woman operating in male dominated spaces. For nearly a decade, Megan sharpened her skills as an executive, decision-maker, and relationship-builder.
As she transitioned from the corporate world to entrepreneurship, Megan was struck by how many women she encountered along her professional journey that were facing many of the same challenges she’d navigated. Megan is passionate about helping other women find success in their career path of choice by establishing a greater voice, visibility, and presence in their profession.

When she’s not coaching professionals who need a boost, Megan can be found spending quality time with her husband, Jamon and their son Logan.
